By creating an account or using Zylu, you agree to these terms. Zylu is provided as a cloud-based platform for managing and growing your salon, spa or studio business.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account and team members.
Plans are billed on a subscription basis and include a one-time onboarding fee. Pricing scales with your staff size and selected features.
18% GST applies to Indian customers. You can switch plans at any time by contacting support.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including sending messages that violate WhatsApp, SMS or email provider guidelines. Bulk messaging runs on official business APIs to keep your account safe.
You own your business and customer data. We act as a processor to provide the service and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
